What is NovaMag?

NovaMag is an online magazine that owes nothing to anyone, and everything to those who read, think, and share. No ads. No sponsors. No clickbait. Just independent writing, built on curiosity, honesty, and a deep love for exchanging ideas that matter. We’re here because we care. Because we believe that words still have power, and that a different world starts with a different conversation.

What topics does NovaMag explore?

We publish regularly on themes connected to positive change, from ecological transition and low-tech living to open-source tools, digital autonomy, social justice, and alternative economic models. We also dive into DIY culture, off-grid lifestyles, and radical ideas that challenge the status quo. If it questions the system and plants a seed for something better, it belongs here.

How do you choose your topics?

Mostly by feeling. We write about what we care about, what we use, what we believe in, and what keeps us up at night. That includes tools we love, voices from the open web, ideas that inspire us, and sometimes, things that make us angry. We also listen to the NovaFuture community. There’s even a dedicated forum where members can suggest topics or start a discussion that sparks a new article.

Are you a big media?

Every NovaMag article is published in English, French, German, and Spanish, which gives us a surprisingly wide international reach. We’re active on social media, followed by thousands of people who care about the same things we do. And yes, we show up in all major search engines. So no, we’re not a big media corporation.
