I’ll be honest: I’m starting to lose motivation. The web has lost its magic. It’s either violence or mindless content now, and sometimes I wonder if we’re just wasting our time.
When I see how things are going, I think I’d be better off going back to writing books. At least there’s a minimum of respect, and it actually brings in money to fund projects. Right now, NovaFuture is running close to a 2000 euros deficit with everything we’ve put into it. So yeah, I’m questioning things.
I’m enjoying it less, so I’d rather take a break and see where things stand afterward. I need to read, do some gardening, clear my head.
I still have one or two articles to finish, the PeerBox launch, which is almost ready, and Debugman’s project launch. After that, fresh air, a real break, and time to think about what comes next.
