I’m not really into microblogging but we gotta have social media to get our name out there. And the fediverse? I respect that 100%. We should’ve done this from day one but it was so obvious we totally missed it. I agree the GAFAM networks helped us reach a lot of people with progressive ideas. That’s actually pretty impressive, I’ll give them that. But now we need to find a balance between stepping out of our comfort zone and connecting with people who share our values. Truth is we’ve been working like crazy on this project these past few months and it’s hard to see things clearly sometimes. Now I think we’re on the right track and we’re really ready to launch NovaFuture properly. This version 7 is just perfect for that. So yeah, I’m all in. The fediverse is just the logical extension of NovaFuture, same mindset. Totally different from trash platforms like Reddit, Facebook and Twitter. But don’t worry, I get it, those platforms bring people to our ideas and introduce open source to newbies. I’m just saying the fediverse gives us some breathing room.
I code. I hunt bugs. I exterminate trolls. And I love novaFuture <3
